All records are destroyed once the work is completed. If required by the clients we maintain archives of their records with regular backups.
We have two Internet lease lines with Fiber Optics, dedicated 1:1 leased lines - 1 Mbps and a Redundant Fiber Optic, dedicated 1:1 leased line - 512 Kbps baud rate. We have IBM X3400 Server 7973i1s and 1-call center management-CMS-Server. All the systems are integrated through structured cabling using patch panels, patch cards and i/o boxes and all gigabit switches, routers and LAN cards. Our power backup system has Online UPS to support all Workstations/Servers and 24 x 7 power backup generators.
